This service is designed for employers whose staff drive as part of their work, including trades, logistics, and utility-based roles.
It combines a focused classroom session with an individual on-road assessment, providing employers with a practical, evidence-based approach to reducing driving risk, collisions, and liability.

What the Programme Involves
This is a 2 step programme
1. Interactive Classroom Session (60 Mins)
A facilitated, case-based session examining the behaviours and decisions that most commonly lead to work-related driving incidents.
Key areas include:
✓ Risk-taking and decision-making under pressure
✓ Speed, mobile phone use, fatigue, and distraction
✓ How “normalised” unsafe behaviours develop over time
✓ The legal, personal, and organisational consequences of poor driving decisions
✓Practical strategies drivers can apply immediately
This is not a lecture. The session is interactive, realistic, and grounded in real court and roadside scenarios.
2. Individual On-Road Assessment (60–90 Mins)
Each participant completes an individual on-road assessment focused on:
✓ Observation, anticipation, and hazard awareness
✓ Speed management and decision-making
✓ Attitude, confidence, and risk perception
✓ Compliance with road traffic law in real conditions
The assessment is developmental, not punitive, and is designed to increase insight, confidence, and accountability.

Corporate Driver Risk Review (Classroom + On-Road)
